P1 Administrative Matters

2026 PRIMARY ONE (P1) ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
1. Submission of Forms
Please take note of the following administrative forms and deadline:

1 | Student Details Form (SDF) As your child will be starting Primary 1 on 2 Jan 2026, the Ministry of Education (MOE) would like to collect necessary information about you and your child to facilitate the provision of educational services. Please submit the information via the online SDF portal https://pg.moe.edu.sg/forms/sdf starting 1 Dec 2025, 10 am. The portal can be accessed through the Services page on the Parents Gateway (PG) mobile app. Either parent may log in using their own SingPass account to submit the required particulars. | Wed, 31 Dec 25 |
2 | Edusave Standing Order Form (EPSO) - For Singapore Citizens only Parents whose child(ren) is a Singapore Citizen are strongly encouraged to use Edusave Funds for payment of school fees and enrichment programmes. Applications for EPSO can be made via Parents Gateway (under Services tab) or the online Edusave Standing Order Form. With EPSO, you will only need to give your authorisation once for Edusave withdrawals from your child’s Edusave Fund to pay for approved fees and local enrichment programmes. The one-time Edusave withdrawal authorisation will remain valid throughout your child’s school years. The school will continue to seek your consent for your child’s participation in our planned programmes for the year, without which no Edusave withdrawals will be made. | Thu, 15 Jan 26 |
3 | GIRO Application Form The school strongly encourages allparents to apply for GIRO deduction of fees. The same GIRO arrangement will also be extended to cover their payment of enrichment programmes, school charges and deduction of Primary School Leaving Examination Examinations fees. Parents can apply for GIRO online to pay school fees and charges by the 25th of each month. 4 | MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) Application Form - For Singapore Citizens only MOE FAS is designed to help students from lower-income families with school expenses. This is only applicable to Singapore Citizens with gross monthly household income not exceeding $4,000 or per capita income not exceeding $1,000. Eligible applicants can apply at: https://go.gov.sg/moe-efas If you are applying for MOE FAS, please do not purchase any school textbooks, attire, white shoes and socks until the school updates you on your FAS application status. | From Nov 25 onwards |
5 | Mother Tongue Language (MTL) related forms (if applicable) Before your child is allowed to take a non-standard MTL, a formal request to MOE is required. 6 | Indication of interest for Student Care Centre (SCC) (if applicable) The school has a SCC, operated by Big Heart Student Care, providing after-school care for students. 2. School House System
We have assigned students to Unity’s House System for participation in sports/ games organised by our PE Department.
The school PE attires are differentiated by four colours namely red, yellow, blue and green.
Please refer to email sent by school for the house colour.
3. Purchase of school textbooks and attire
The purchase of school textbooks and attire in school will be strictly by appointment only. Please access https://www.picktime.com/UPSbooking2025 to book a slot between 26 and 28 Nov 2025. When booking, please indicate “P1 2026” under ‘Child’s Class 2026’ in the portal.
A copy of the P1 Booklist is attached for your reference. Parents with more than one child in the school only need to book one appointment slot for the purchase of school textbooks and attire.
4. Parent Gateway (PG)
Parent Gateway is an official digital bridge between school and parents for administrative matters. Its main functions include the following:
Receiving school announcements, notifications on programmes and activities and school- related documents.
Providing consent for school activities, such as learning journeys.
Managing administrative tasks such as travel declaration, booking of appointment slot for Parent-Teacher Conferences and updating of contact details.
